the difference between the way men and women think is vast, but the basic fundamental glitch is the way women process information. the most classic example is when a woman asks the man for a divorce. the man is shocked, stunned and destroyed whereas the woman has had several months thinking about this, processing it and planning. the man can barely whisper, 'but i thought we were doing well.'
this difference will remain no matter what occurs within the movements to equalise the sex's. women will always have this advantage and when they need to they will use it often unconsciously without giving the male any clear indication of intent until it is to late.
somewhere down the evolutionary scale this was a survival instinct women have always used but i imagine it was not until they were empowered that they were able to use it. however the fundamental problem is one of consciousness. to embrace a conscious life style the communication lines must be open and clear. the individuals must understand the brain differences and therefore thinking differences involved and make allowances for this.
despite the uneven playing field men need to acknowledge they have to be responsible for themselves, there is no point relying or depending on anything else because it is faith in another person with a different operating system. the only thing men can do is be gracious and not fear being alone.
living alone is a challenging thought and not everyone can do it, that's why i think to pursue the magickal path requires a certain amount of isolation. one needs to distance themselves from the society and contemplate their inner space.
in fact all spiritual practise is about finding out who you are, then destroying that person and being reborn.
however this takes most people several lifetimes and incarnations, most never find out who they are and just keep travelling the road to sorrow.
