if this is opened prematurely without proper understanding or guidance it can lead to physical pain, excessive body heat, sexual obsession, severe mental illness.
this is because as kundalini awakens the mind undergoes purification, deep mental problems, blockages and conditioning come to the surface and are removed.
it takes time to acclimatise. the body being an electrical system that safely accommodates a certain voltage, but if you plug a toaster into a high voltage current it burns out.
by gradual increment the body acclimatises to the power of kundalini and you can tap into pranic flows, therefore the book recommends study with a master, but my master is a mistress and she is the spirit of a plant, i am my own master but i do encounter many teachers. mostly plant spirits, but there are great people around me who offer me some assistance when i am in need. and i appreciate this greatly.
i understand my kundalini awakening was sudden and fast and so powerful everyone that witnessed it verified it, for me it was the most amazing validation of everything i believe in and more, but i am a work in progress. i suffered from the negative aspects of the awakening for many years before the plant medicine freed me up, i'd spent years in seclusion hacking the cosmos with magick but you can't use magick alone, in isolation you have to use your teachers and mine turned out to be the most intelligent sexy plant i have experienced so far, although mescalato is a close second, these spirits open up a whole new area.
plants and trees are connected to the planets central synaptic system, they are the equivalent of synaptic centres in the human brain, transmitting signals and information from the earth outwards, to us and into the universe. the information is accessible, it's personal, it's universal and multidimensional, there is no ambiguity here. it is true.
however then you are left with the knowledge and sent into the world, to heal, to create, to chop wood carry water.
while all this occurs events change around me, lost histories reveal, people, places, all come together, and all the awakened person can do is chop wood carry water, breathing, yoga, be creative, offer everything to the universe. trust it and surrender everything for love. but there's something within maya that holds us back, fear i think,

the book i'm reading is called, 'exploring charkras' by susan shumsky and i recommend it. it's very good. complements the book the witch gave me very well. i am considering doing a course in pranic healing, it's calling me closer and it's something i think comes closer than most modalities therapies to actual healing than all the others. she's the real deal wendy, i think she's a good teacher for me. i like her magick. it worked very well upon me.
