really weird thing;
staying here at the ho-down with me is a cool old cockney guy named ray. arthur daley type, former !st grade football player, been living on the costa del sol for 15 years. nice guy.
anyway - a few nights back there was a bit of a party. i was sitting at a table with him and a crazy thai lady named joi.
now, after a few brandys ray and joi get into a discussion about buddhism, with ray describing at length his entire system of re-incarnation. everyone is amazed, never before has anyone (including people whove known ray for 20 years)heard him mention anything even remotely philosophic - but here he is expounding the finer details of incarnation and then final atonement.
next, ray gets up to have a piss and looses coordination. i catch him & bung him back in his chair. no big deal. hes not very drunk, drop in blood sugar is all.
he comes back, conversation returns to normal, i go to bed.
next morning, rays nowhere to be seen and tales abound about how, not long after i went to bed, he turns into a raving lunatic blowing up the staff and creating havoc. everyone says its totally out of character.
ray himself emerges only long enough to announce hes never felt more fucked in his life, then returns to bed for 2 DAYS. eventually, a very shaky ray is out and about again, feeling toxic and nervy - saying hes never felt like this before.
when he hears the story he apologises sincerely to the staff, but is left saying he remembers nothing.
now, to ray, 3 whole bottles of brandy would do little, so 5 b's + cokes aint squat. it all seems a bit weird until someone mentions it sounds like hes been spiked.
spiking is common in thailand, usually resulting in robbery. thais dont use force - they use stealth.
thing is, most spikings are with rohypnol. knocks you out.
ray wasnt knocked out at all - in fact he was ultra-lucid. plus, everyone present was rays friend.
what interests me about all this is that ray remembers nothing of his discourses on incarnation etc.
think about it;swounds to me either that hes blown a new circuit and got momentarily shot into C7, or hes been dosed with something so weird im wish i could get it myself.
i know it aint ketamine. it aint narcotic, no visuals, no accelleration. if it werent for the stage where he abused to staff id say it sounds like an MAOI hit.

info circles the world east to west. just before it comes back to square 1 in the home of I2 (china) it launches into atomic info-telligence after leaping the last great fronteir on earth - the scaling of the pacific.
and where does this great event occur? what is the signal that it has?

intelligence is measured by what?
instruments and tools, recievers and various measuring devices created by whom, machines, humans?
all measurement of intelligence is seemed to be quantifable becuase thats how we measure things, yet i know there are several ways and forms of intelligence. philosophers and scientists may measure intelligence with a system they understand and comprehend but all it measures is an intelligence of something they understand. for example, iq tests may determine the cognitive skills of a person but that may not mean anything, well i can change a tyre but i still drive a car.
You know what i'm saying, values and methods of determining worth are all useless unless one knows what one is determining for. and what context it is in. civilization is based upon the methodology of progress and survival, yet it inherently doomed becuase it continues to consume the intelligence inherent in it's pradigm, eg fish is good for the brain so lets eat all the fish at a disproportional rate than they replenish. What's wrong with the picture Proffessor. Intelligence agents know that information is just part of the spectrum, in the same way, ultra vilolet light is. The problem we face is we are eating the information in a random way, no thought, no responsibility, no value, its on tap, make mine a pint.
eden never went anywhere, it was never currupted, eve ate an apple, that's all, eden is here and now, people should open their eyes, edens here man, we are adam and eve, but we are also the snake, the dog, the horse and the tree.
sounds like a definate dose of c7 kicking in, this will happen more frequently around you as you yourself demonstrate c7 thinking and awareness, like attracting like, it can't help but effect whomever you come into contact with if they are attuned, hanging out in bars is a good place to access this phenomenen, people being loose and open for all sorts of possession and influence. this is the way it works, it;'s like catching a cold but much more fun, after a few hours the 'cold' will disappate and normal service will be resumed asap.
i agree that 'values and methods of determining worth are all useless unless one knows what one is determining for'. thing is, knowing what one is determining for (according to heisenberg) influences information according to the perspective of the determiner. information determined for one reason cannot be applied to any other.
i like your recognition that civilization is doomed. the very idea of 'civilization' is just a recent temporary trend. cant wait till it passes and we decided on a new reason to interact with one another.
maybe the problem with the snake-eve-eden-apple-tree thing is that what may be one thing to a snake may not be to eve. maybe the percieved evil/fall from grace etc, is the imposition of the snakes values upon another, eve or anyone.
its the heisenberg trip; cant impose one set of values upon another situation. cant use information determined for one reason for any other reason.
as for consuming information in a dumb, random way; i suppose we just gotta wait it out till the primary consumers grow out of their juvenile appetite and into something more epicurian, more refined. like learning to enjoy broccoli so you need not rely on fries.
