last night a storm blew through, it was wild, and after a long summers day seemed refreshing and appropriate but this morning it's cold and damp. i spend a nice morning chatting with a friend, she gives me some mushrooms,  which i will micro dose over the next few months. on the way home i stop and buy a plant for my bathroom, it's a bit spontaneous but i can't stand a room without some fauna and my bathroom has a spot for one. it's deprived of direct sunlight and remains somewhat darkened but there is a small window and in the afternoon sunlight floods it for a couple of hours. usually i have to rotate plants but i hope this one finds a permanent home.
