boxing this morning i pull some sort of nerve in my shoulder, ouch! it hurts.and all day i feel it a sharp knife like stab in one specific point between my neck and shoulder blade. if i lift my head up it sends a shock wave down my back. i hunt around at work for some painkillers but to no avail, at home i have some natural stuff i will take but that means the ordeal of some weird signals shooting through my upper body. this old skin suit requires some relief. 

later while flipping through you tube videos i notice a selection of new church stuff from a new album. it's amazing and wow, it sounds great. i'm hooked in and fortunately this is a great distraction from my pain.
