memory of me drawing a sketch of this idea to explain it -

when i was 14 i came up with a theory about humanity evolving towards what i called the matrix. i explained it to a peer of mine as each individual has a role to play, and by finding their true nature and working towards their destiny, the matrix will evolve and activate. on a global level it will be akin to a massive evolutionary leap. this was way before the film the matrix and the internet.

what i had no idea about was thelema, the philosophy of true will which coincidentally aligned with my idea. thelema was looking at an individual level quite correctly whereas i was looking at a collective. 

it's weird how this memory surfaced today.
